We have accumulated nearly 50 years of plastic processing technology
and experiences. First Plastic Co,.Ltd. has export and import right,
and is a high and new tech. Company in Jiangsu Province, and is top on
the list of China plastic processing enterprises released by State
Statistic Bureau.
The plant covers a land area of 37,000 square meters and a construction
area of 25,005 square meters, and possesses a fixed asset of 3,9000,000
yuan. The plastic injection production base is located in Suzhou
Industrial Park and the plastic extrusion production base is located in
Xiangcheng District of Suzhou.
Our target as well as one of the base stone for the company’s
sustainable development is to pursue zero quality defects as well as to
satisfy and exceed customer expectation. Till now the company has
passed ISO 9001.2000, VDA6.1, and QS9000 Quality System Certification
via audit from TUV. In 2006 we will finish the change of TS16949.
Depending on its advanced equipment, strong technical force and strict
management, the company keeps on enhancing product and market
development. It has introduced various kinds of double-screw extrusion
machine, precision injection machine, finned plate material and
corrugated pipe production line etc.40 pcs or sets of equipment and
machine. The annual production capability of the company has hit more
than 20,000 tons. And the company has four product series as logistic
series, vehicle cable corrugated pipe series, plastic finned plate
material series and plastic modifying material series.
